Tavistock Cup 2009
ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Since its inception six years ago, the Tavistock Cup has emerged as a premier golf event in the United States. Originally an answer to the burning question of which country club yielded the most talented team of golfers, the Cup evolved into a major force that moves a million dollars each year to the victors' charities. Establishing itself as an intense, yet lighthearted, rivalry between the Lake Nona and Isleworth Country Clubs, the atmosphere is an intimate and friendly one as the VIP only crowd gets up close and personal with the two teams of ten players.
As part of the spectacular guest experience, Tavistock looked to Full Swing Golf to provide a golf presence in two locations during the two day event. Corporate VIP's were treated to a special gift when FSG teamed up with NikeGolf at the Ritz Carlton Orlando. Guests were invited into the simulator to get fitted for a set of the latest NikeGolf irons during the Guest Gifting Experience.
On the other side of town, in the Champions Club at Lake Nona, Full Swing Golf provided a golfing experience for the VIP guests in the hospitality tent during tournament play. For a better part of the two day event, the simulator could be seen with a line of 50 or more guests waiting to get into the simulator to play the new championship courses featured in FSG's All New E6 live motion environment software.
Congratulations to the Full Swing Golf Eagles Purse winners: Tiger Woods, Ian Poulter, Ben Curtis, Trevor Immelman, Graeme McDowell, and Ernie Els.
