The Tavistock Cup is a golf tournament like no other, and FSG is proud to be a corporate sponsor of the 2008 event, hosted at the prestigious Isleworth Golf & Country Club and broadcast live on the Golf Channel to over 40 countries worldwide. The Tavistock Cup pits the touring pros of Lake Nona against those at Isleworth as the players vie for a purse of $3.88 million, with $1 million donated on behalf of the winning team to charities of their choice.Invited guests were greeted at Orlando's Ritz Carlton & JW Marriott hotels with a welcome package that included a customized driver fitting experience on Full Swing Golf Simulators, in addition to an interactive online Closest-to-the Hole contest in the Champion's Grill at Isleworth. For many, however, the highlight of the event was the Monday evening Tavistock Cup Gala. The clubhouse at Isleworth was transformed into an elaborate Roman Emperor's palace where players, celebrities, invited guests and sponsors connected while celebrating this spectacular, one of a kind golf event.
